In simple words website is an site contain multiple web pages , such as home page or an index page or other such pages . Multiple Web pages combine and form an website .An website is commonly identified by its domain name which is registered at least on the one server  . An website is made on the specific topic such like food , health , sport or news and many other such topics . The image below show the website related to Food . Website can be static or dynamic . Static means simple HTML website made only for information purpose . Dynamic website is an website made for  to collection information or to record or to registered data of public which comes on the website .   Now talk about Computer languages used for websites .

HTML is used to form a start line for the online site and is what most of your static pages start from. a far better because of understand this language is to believe it because the skeleton that's holding your website together.In today's world 5th version of HTML is used for coding .

CSS is used hand in hand with HTML to feature colors, backgrounds, layouts, font sizes, and more. This language could also be a core technology web developers use to style and build websites.Mainly CSS is used to design an website .
